Nope –
feels like a plastic bag, looks like a plastic bag but even a plastic bag would have kept me drier in the rain. this is advertised as waterproof and I was soaking wet within minutes in the rain.

I was looking for a super thin lightweight raincoat for travel. It fits the bill. I did add a spray and extra coat of camp spray waterproofing as I do for a lot of things, like boots and down jackets because honestly it did not look like it was rainproof, more like rain resistant. Also I had it crumpled in a tote bag, and it somehow got dark marks on it now. So, maybe detracting half a point in that it is thin and can get marked easily with it hard to remove the marks. I am sure it is still usable, but just doesn’t look as nice. So the fabric isn’t super durable in preventing marks from effecting it.

I am 5 ft and almost 170. This item is extremely thin as others mentioned, and comfortable for me. I bought the XXL size because I hoped it would fit over sweatshirts and maybe fit under a light jacket also. It hits mid hip. There is no kind of lining. The sleeves are a bit long….but because of the looser elastic cuffs I can still wear it ok. It is comfortable in the arms also. I can’t speak any more on this item because I just received it and have not had a chance to wear it yet. The zipper works fine but is a bit delicate. The hood part would fit over a knit cap. This jacket does roll up to fit in a built in part of the jacket to which could make it easier to maybe fit in a purse..depending on its size.

Very light weight, runs slightly large. The zipper needs to be handled with care, as it is not super sturdy but the price was reasonable for what you are buying. There is a large zippered pocket at the back which also can be used to fold up the jacket into its own pouch when not in use. Material is on the thin side, so you need to be cautious when zipping so ensure the fabric does not get caught up in the zipper. Overall I’m pleased with this item.

I’ve ordered other windbreakers from vendors but I am not happy with this one. I do not like the quality or thinness of this brand. Reviews said that the jacket runs true to size. I find that it runs small. I wear a size large so I bought a size large jacket. Could barley zip it up!

I wanted a light weight jacket and this fit the bill exactly. Not sure if its waterproof ) I doubt that. I wore it today over a white cami (I got black) with jeans. Very stylish. My hubby loves it on me. I got the large – I’m 5’5″ about 145 and it fit great. I am planning on taking it with me on our trip to Greece. I just ordered it in another color. This is a very thin windbreaker, so if you are looking for something thicker and warmer, then this is not for you. Otherwise its a great addition to anyone’s wardrobe.

Current review: I sent my return via Purolator on May 25th (now June 15th), and have not heard from Customer Service regarding my refund. I heard Purolator is not reliable, but Amazon should then use a reliable way of return shipping for refunds. Buyer beware.
Previous review: Love the jacket… good quality for the price. Would like if it came in an XL, as the XXL was way too big. Will try to order again in the smaller size. Would recommend this product.
