I was looking for a wear to work or date night dress. This was not the right one for my body. The crinkle too was plenty stretchy for my large boobs, the crinkle wrist felt a bit tight, the sleeve length was perfect hitting right at my wrist, the dress length was perfect ending just below my knee, where the crinkle ended and the skirt began made my chubby frame look pregnant not a flattering look. Love the muted pink color not obnoxious pink.

I wore this dress to a casual event and I received a lot of compliments. I ordered a medium for a loose fit and the fit was as expected, but this dress definitely fits true to size, my usual size is small. It isn’t too long and the length was perfect. This dress is very versatile and charming, you can dress it up very easily, my favorite way to combine it is with combat boots. My only holdback is that the smocked cuffs don’t fit snug, so they don’t hold the rest of the sleeves and it falls down. Other than that, I immediately wanted to buy another one.

This dress is too cute, and I really like it! It fit me perfectly and I think it’s very nice to wear this winter season. I wasn’t sure I would like the poofy sleeves, but they actually were a nice contrast against the smocked body of the dress. It’s not lined, but it’s also not see through as is. It’s an easy wear for when you want to dress up but not have to do much! I do recommend this dress and I think it looks nice on me! I’ve already worn it a handful of times and I’ve gotten quite a few compliments on it!

As one who has struggled with weight since childbearing years, flattering dresses have been difficult to find. With the exception of very special occasions (weddings, funerals), you wouldn’t catch me in a dress. Fast forward to now, after losing 75 pounds and getting back to my pre-pregnancy size. I ordered this dress because the elastic bodice and flowing pleated skirt layers seemed more forgiving to those women packing a few extra pounds. I was not disappointed! Bodice is flattering, with elastic waist band hitting at the lower end of my rib cage (Size 36-D chest), but the skirt length still falls just above my knees. I prefer 3/4 length sleeves, and the elastic in the lower part of the arms is strong enough to keep them from falling down. Dressing up with pearls and heels, or going more casual with flats or boots work with this dress style.
I have washed the dress once before writing this review, since often there are questions about durability and wrinkles. Despite the large number of seams to create the elastic bodice and arms, I didn’t see any loose threads before or after washing. Seams were well sewn all around the dress. The button and eye closure on back of neckline is strong too. Some wrinkles in the dress post washing (on cold) and drying (on low heat), but the skirt pleats and puffy sleeve design let me get away with not ironing for casual wearing.
Recommend this dress for any occasion…..
